This is one of the longest surviving stalls in this food centre. I had eaten their fried kway teow countless times and most of the times it was good but at times it can be quite inconsistent. The kway teow and mee were fried well with ingredients like chinese sausage, fishcake, bean sprouts and cockles. The texture was quite moist but not overly wet. It served with nice fragrant with a distinctive wok taste. Fried pork lards were added to enhance the taste.
