Fried Kway Teow (Black)This plate of Fried Kway Teow (black) was surprisingly good. Well executed with great control of heat and wok. It had the right blend of flavours with a slight smokey fragrance. If pork lard was added and fried with it, it would have been perfect! So much better than the Fried Hokkien Mee I ate during a previous visit.
