If you've read my reviews before, you'd immediately realise that I'm a fan of the Food Republic at 313. It's spacious, airy, has a huge amount of seats and not to mention, a plethora of delicious food all at prices below $10. For dinner, I decided to try the fried prawn noodles at this food republic. For $4.80, I'd say that this is pretty worth it It has quite a lot of noodles, all soaked in the beautiful prawn stock that I slurped up with extreme euphoria. Every bite of the noodles had a bit of their chilli in it. The chilli is spicy enough for me, but also a bit sweet and carries the flavour of 'hae bi hiam'. MY FAVOURITE!! It has a distinctively local taste to it and complements the slippery noodles. Delicious.
