I attended the Ginseng Korean Festival and had lunch at HanSang Korean Restaurant. The organizer served the guests with sumptuous buffet ranging from Susam shake (ginseng wine), deep fried sweet potatoes with syrup., susan ice cream, raddis/cabbage kimchi, ginseng salad, deep freiend chicken and ginseng, sweet potato noodle, ginseng beef patie, mixed grain rice, beef stew in sweet pumpkin, rice cake with bean paste. Among the dishes, I enjoyed thd beef stew in sweet pumpkin. The beef is tender and taste like oxtail. The pumpkin is soft and sweet. It is the best dish. Also, I enjoyed the desset - rice cake with bean paste. The rice cake is colourful and soft.
