My friend and I made a trip down to the Jalan Besar/Lavender area to do a little cafe hopping! Lucky thing we did a mini research on this cafe as there were no signs of this shop at all! I read online to look out for the gold door and that was how we managed to spot this cafe! While waiting for the food to arrive, we took some pictures of the cafe. While waiting for the food to arrive, we took some pictures of the cafe. The colourful light bulbs hanging from the ceiling definitely liven up the whole cafe. The decor is very minimal and they use wooden tables and bottle crates as seats! Very creative and gave a vintage rustic feel to it!
When the food came, I was very disappointed by the presentation and the portion of it. I expected it to be much bigger for the price! I had the Beef Steak Ciabatta while my friend ordered the Smoked Salmon Sandwich. Taste wise, it was average and overall, definitely overpriced! The service here is excellent though, very friendly staff! We did not try their coffee as we wanted to visit other cafes too. I might come back here again to try their coffee as I heard good reviews on it!張貼
