After a tiring dance class, my friend and I were starved. And so, we headed to Din Tai Fung to have some of that famouse xiao long bao. When we got there, it was about 1pm, there was quite a queue. We had to wait for about 30 minutes to get a seat.Anyway, as always, we ordered the pork xia long bao and the for the main dish, I had the pork rice. Order was served right away despite the crowded restaurant. The xiao long bao, ive noticed, had gotten smaller. Hmm. there wasn't enough sauce inside it

Anyway, as always, we ordered the pork xia long bao and the for the main dish, I had the pork rice. Order was served right away despite the crowded restaurant. The xiao long bao, ive noticed, had gotten smaller. Hmm. there wasn't enough sauce inside it anymore. But it was still good.

The pork rice was still big in serving. thankfully, it was more than enough to make me full after a strenuous class. The pork was cooked to become crispy on the outside but still tender. The rice was hot and had a lot of ingredients.
