I attended a wedding some time back at Fullerton Hotel, and the chinese cuisine from Jade Restaurant. The first dish was a combination platter, with octopus, jellyfish, and some fried stuff like cuttlefish ball, quite an appetizing dish. The second was the abalone soup, wasn't too flavourful. Next we had the asparagus with scallops and mushrooms - the scallops were fresh and the whole dish wasn't salty or oily. The fish was very fresh and meat tender.
