I always like to go to the TCC at Raffles Place Exchange. The staffs there are super friendly, always with big smile on face, and greet customers sincerely.We had the Baby Crayfish Spaghetti, our favourite pasta of all time. Chicken & Mushroom Spaghetti is yummy too. The spaghetti is cooked in a rich and smooth creamy sauce with chicken and plenty of mushroom. The presentation might not be too pretty but the pasta sauce itself is comforting and very satisfying.
For desserts, we had the Perfect Pairing. The presentation is gorgeous! Frozen parfait is laced with raspberry swirl and served with homemade berries compote and fresh raspberries. The sweetness and sourness are very well-balanced and it's indeed a perfect pairing.
Milky Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis is not my favourite though. The smooth milk chocolate mousse is infused with a hint of red tea. Quite special in taste.
Devil-misu is Tiramisu with a twist! The Tiramisu has a kick of rum and paired with brandied cherries. Super delicious and worth the try!
