Since my previous visit where I sampled their Chilli Crab Spaghettini ($25) which I loved, I brought my friends here to try out other dishes. The servers were attentive and refilled our water constantly, and also made great recommendations of their food.We decided to pick some small plates to share, starting with the Coffin Bay Oysters (3pc $15.50, 6pc $30). I'm not quite a salad person but I loved the Foie Gras Salad ($23). It has diced foie gras cubes, accompanied by apricot chutney, blueberries, croutons and almond kernels. The whole sweet and savory combination was great, and I loved the addition of almonds especially.

For big plates, we picked the Seafood Gratin ($26). It's made of pignolina pasta, looks like rice but tastes like pasta bits; reminds me of paella but it's much softer. Taste-wise, it's more common with melted cheese and seafood buried within. It's extremely filling, and the portion is huge, so it's good for 3 or more to share, as you wouldn't want to have the whole thing alone.

Next, we had the Sous Vide Baharat Chicken Leg ($28), pieces of chicken marinated with butternut squash puree, ginger and red pepper. The chicken meat was very tender, and the skin crispy and flavorful.
