My friend and I were actually looking for a little cosy place to settle down for a snack after a long day of walking around. There were many restaurants in NEX that serves full meals, which were not quite what we were looking for. Tea Dot was one of the little choices we had. Matcha Gravity and Earl Grey Tea
Lemon Cheese CakeI was quite disappointed that my favourite Red Fuji Apple drink was no longer listed on the menu. I then asked if by any chance it was still available for order, but the young waiter told me with much confidence that they have never ever served that drink before! We knew that he probably didn't work long enough at the cafe to know that their Red Fuji Apple used to be a very popular item on their menu, but whatever it was, his answer was clear enough that indeed, the Red Fuji Apple refreshing drink that I loved was no longer available!
The Earl Grey Tea was really strong and good, but otherwise I thought there wasn't anything too special about it because I could easily purchase a whole box of Earl Grey teabags elsewhere at a fraction of the cost, and it would have tasted the same anyway. The Matcha Gravity was better, being thick and frothy with a good balance of the milk and the green tea components. The Lemon Cheese Cake was enjoyable but not too outstanding.
