This has always been the right place to have good char siew and roasted pork rice. The char siew was nicely caramelised to give it the full flavour and roasted well to tender texture. The roasted pork is a top choice. It got a good balance of fatty and lean meat. It was well-flavoured then roasted perfectly to give its skin a wonderful crisp.
