Umi sushi is actually operated by the catering company, Neo Garden. It has opened a few outlets scattered on the east and west of Singapore, selling a pair of sushis in a box for a fairly reasonable price. I got the tuna sushi, which costs $1.30. This comes with a free kikkoman sauce for you to dip your sushi in. Personally, I never have the habit of dipping my sushis into the sauce, since I like it just the way it is.
