Scrolling through the shops at Vivo and me being forever the "not so hungry" one,we decided to go for something light. Light to me would probably be soup and something else. As I am a great fan of Tom Yam soup, we found just the right place for it. As usual, I asked for window seat. My partner ordered the phad thai fried noodles with prawns and ice lemon tea. I ordered the clear tom yam prawn soup. Didn't like milk of any form to spoil the taste of my tom yam so I went for the clear soup. Moreover, this is what I normally have in Bangkok. The soup is REALLY spicy! Proceed with caution! The prawn is quite fresh...doesn't give you the stale soggy feeling. I ordered the lemon grass drink. Smell and taste exactly like the lemon grass essence you put inside the aroma therapy burner. Very different from what I had in Bangkok. Totally not worth the $5. On the whole, it was ok. We paid for the ambiance, not the food because the food itself wasn't that spectacular.The both of us spent about $40 for the dinner.
