Went to itacho with a group of friends during the happy hour, and we were able to enjoy great jap food at discounted prices. I got myself a small hot spring egg cold udon with sesame oil ($6.80), and it tasted GREAT! Mainly because of the unique taste and the springy noodles. Had a really full meal and I only spent about $13, which is very worth it for the great quality. My friends who didn't buy udon or rice spent under $10 and they ate a lot too!
Great atmosphere too. There were 5 people in our party and we went into one of the private booths, where we sat for a few hours (till the last order). The disadvantage about sitting inside is that it's not so easy to catch the attention of the service staff.
