The food court at the AMK Hub is very crowded during dinner period and I have problems finding a seat. So I decide on this stall in order not to waste more time in looking for a table. Looking at the menu, I decide on the Sliced Lamb with Chilli & Garlic set which costs $10.90. After paying in cash at the cashier, the staff shows me to a counter seat with rice and soup already served on the table. The soup is quite lacking in flavours with some bits of cabbage in it. The food court at the AMK Hub is very crowded during dinner period and I have problems finding a seat. So I decide on this stall in order not to waste more time in looking for a table. Looking at the menu, I decide on the Sliced Lamb with Chilli & Garlic set which costs $10.90. After paying in cash at the cashier, the staff shows me to a counter seat with rice and soup already served on the table.
The soup is quite lacking in flavours with some bits of cabbage in it. The chef at the counter double checks with me on my order and also asks if I would like to have chilli with the meat. He starts with stir frying the bean sprouts.
The bean sprouts tastes quite flavourful and juicy.
This is follows by the green vegetables which is done in a similar style and tastes great too.
Lastly is the main course of sliced lamb which is sliced very thinly and tastes very tender. Overall it is a very filling and tasty meal. It is quite a show of cooking style by the skillful chef. The way he cleans up the hot propane-heated flat surface grill is quite smooth and swift.
