I can't begin to describe how much I can't stand bad service. At The Sushi Bar, they're not at all attentive, super slow and a little rude, in my honest opinion. But whatever, the food is good and that's part of what matters. This is the Salmon Don. Fish was pretty fresh and the rice was truly superb, really sticky and just the right amount of sweetness - exactly how I like it. Will come back, provided I have patience for the service the day I decide to visit again.
