I visited the cafe at 11am on a sunday, and it was almost fully packed. It's a short walk from Lavender MRT station (ICA building) and I had to try their waffles with gelato. $8, we ordered the cookies n cream gelato and IT WAS SUPERB. not just the ice cream but the waffle! it was so crispy on the outside and yet soft on the inside, even while I was uploading photos and writing a review.. and I let the waffle sit for a bit, it was still delightfully crispy. I'm assuming they have used a good pro
I had the Tolido Pancakes, two pancakes, two strips of bacon and an egg. The bacon weren't as sinful as I thought it would be.. It seemed pretty lean and not too oily.. being that I stayed in the USA for 3 years, it almost looked like turkey bacon lol 98% fat free kind? but it still tasted like the usual pork bacon. and the pancakes had icing sugar all over it it was fluffly and nice for $9.90
My buddy had the 3 egg omelette. The omelette was cooked all the way on the outside but on the inside, it was slight slightly liquidy. A great combination.
I would def come back here for more waffles!!! and I would love to try their tiramisu cake
