Susan Chan Food is one of my favourite place to go for Zi Char. Conveniently located at Far East Plaza, I will always come here for dinner after some shopping.The Prawn Paste Chicken is okay, crispy on the outside, soft & tender on the inside. But somehow I just feel that there is something missing. I would think it's average only.. not till fantastic.Enoki mushroom with spinach and beancurd is quite a surprise for me. The highlight for this dish is probably the gravy which is thick and yummy. G

Enoki mushroom with spinach and beancurd is quite a surprise for me. The highlight for this dish is probably the gravy which is thick and yummy. Goes really well with rice. The vegetables are crunchy and paired with the soft beancurd.. a rather divine combination.
Sichuan Soup is probably my favourite out of all dishes at Susan Chan. It's just a little spicy and every mouth is full of ingredients. There's also bamboo shoots in the soup which gives a crunchy bite once in a while.You are warned not to order too many dishes if you are ordering this soup as the starchy soup is quite filling and I often find myself really full after that.
