This is my second visit to Sweet Musings at The Star Vista.I bought four pieces of taro pastry and two pieces of green tea with melon seeds.Most of the items sold at this store are automated and uniquely produced in the store.With permission, I managed to capture the equipments used for the process.The taro pastry is made from 100 percent yam and it has several layers of thin skin wrapping a rich, strong flavoured content.But this time round, the pastry was a bit dry for the taro filling though

I bought four pieces of taro pastry and two pieces of green tea with melon seeds.Most of the items sold at this store are automated and uniquely produced in the store.
With permission, I managed to capture the equipments used for the process.
The taro pastry is made from 100 percent yam and it has several layers of thin skin wrapping a rich, strong flavoured content.
But this time round, the pastry was a bit dry for the taro filling though the skin is still as flaky.
Inorder to have a box presentation set, I opted for two pieces of green tea with melon seed pastry as well.
The green tea melon seed was simply out of this world. So fragrant and green tealicious with the toasted melon seed filling in each pastry.
Even though I am not a sweet tooth person, this green tea pastry is brimming yummy and the flavour is the best so far.Each pastry beautifully wrapped at S$2.00 per piece.
Will have to find another excuse to drop by at The Star Vista for more green tea and melon seeds pastry.張貼
