Yesterday, went to have dinner at bukit timah food centre and this was my second time trying their western food! Decided to order the grilled fish while my mum tried their black pepper chicken chop. Our order came quite fast as there wasn't many people yesterday. Personally, i feel that that their grilled fish was really nice! The meat was just right, however, the skin was abit kind of soggy, i would prefer it to be more crispy though. Their chicken chop was great too! For their sides, the wedge
Personally, i feel that that their grilled fish was really nice! The meat was just right, however, the skin was abit kind of soggy, i would prefer it to be more crispy though. Their chicken chop was great too! For their sides, the wedges and coleslaw was average, it would be better if we could choose our own sides though. Nonetheless, i find their food really nice and affordable. Its worth a try!
