Went there for their lunch time special, which was a free soup, ice-cream and drink for every main ordered. The place was quite empty but the staff were friendly and prompt in their service.The butter herb fish was not bad, the vegetables were cooked just right. The corn soup was very diluted, we didn't finish it as it just wasn't that appetizing. My friend ordered the spaghetti with tomato and mince meat which was decent.The last time we ordered the wasabi prawns which was done alright.A very m

A very mediocre dining experience in a rather mediocre cafe though value for money.
Recommended for students and office workers on a budget but still would prefer a fairly decent dining experience.
