Was at Sembawang Shopping Centre and decided to have my lunch @ Hei Sushi for the first time, however i do believe that it is part of the business arms of Sakae Sushi for the corporate outlook and business concept.Food quality is decent with not much to complain apart for the Saba that came in which is fill with far too much bones within. The tempura are piping hot and fresh when served, chawanmushi is well steamed and not overcooked. For all who are situated around Sembawang and wish for a quic
