Having been to many other Japanese buffet restaurants in Singapore, Himawari is my first time. Sashimi has always been considered the finest in Japanese cuisine, and both the quality and variety of the assorted sashimi served in Himawari are absolutely excellent. Shabu shabu is also a must-try in Himawari for its variety of ingredients available. From thinly-sliced beef and chunks of chicken, to golden mushrooms and cabbage, all these at no extra charge should you order for more.
