The price is average, Siew Mai selling at $0.80 each. You can find the chicken rice selling in this shop as well. I heard from someone that they selling the chicken rice first then only after that they start to sell dim sum. The residents there buy more dim sum from this shop than the chicken rice now. They provide seats in the shop and they selling tea/coffee as well. The drinks are so-so but the food is quite nice.
