I really love the service at changi airport as the staff are really polite and very accommodating! I ordered a Hot chocolate from McCafe and the manager took her time to really design it in such a way it looks too good to drink! However, She added too much hot chocolate which caused it to over spill. She felt bad that I would have to struggle to carry it all the way to my seat and hence made me another cup on the spot! It was extremely nice on her part. I would have expected her to pour some awa
Kudos to her customer service! The hot chocolate was not too rich and was really creamy. A hot cup was perfect on a rainy evening
