My aunty bought me for dinner in this neighbourhood Korean restaurant in this shopping mall. The restaurant may not be big and spacious, but is still quite comfortable and cooling. Several side dishes are served to us, which are all equally fresh and yummy. The hot pot was quite big and the soup base was thick and spicy. Especially the fresh vegetables in it are really crunchy and good! I was really surpise that even though I have soaked the instant noodles inside for more than half an hour,
As for the different types of side dishes served to us, I especially enjoy the cold spinach and preserved cabbage. The spinach is crunchy and really fresh and sweet, which I suppose the chef may have marinate it with some sweet light sauce. Preserved cabbage was also very crunchy and spicy, which is very appetitizing and great to go along with their fragrant plain rice. The restaurant supervisor was friendly and helpful too.
