Think of a Japanese bakery in Holland Village and Provence Bakery & Cafe immediately comes to mind. It’s spread of bread retailing at the first floor are always appetising, but I was there to try the cafe at the second level. The cafe was located at the second level is a wide open and clean space with a counter, a kitchen, some seats and tables. The cafe was located at the second level is a wide open and clean space with a counter, a kitchen, some seats and tables. There wasn’t anything that was distracting in the interior, just white walls with wooden tables and seatings. For a cafe like this, it’s also pretty impressive to have a view out of the shophouse. They sell a selection of sandwiches, toasts and even sell omelette rice and pasta.
