If you have been to Taipei, you will know this famous Hot Star Hao Da Ji Pai. It's super famous and absolutely delicious!Look at how big it is compared to the straw.I also prefer how thinly they coated their chicken with flour batter which means more meat! No cheating like some of the other Ji Pa stalls which are almost all flour and hardly any meat.I ordered the Original Ji Pa just is nicely deep fried and not oily. I ordered the Original Ji Pa just is nicely deep fried and not oily. They served the Ji Pa pipping hot but I do feel that sometimes they put too much seasoning powder on it and it's too overwhelming. I was really happy that I got a piece of soft bone inside of my Ji Pa. Really crunchy & delicious!
