One of the oldest and popular bak kwa stalls in Singapore, long queue is usually expected during the Chinese New Year though is not as long as the other famous one. Their bak kwa is a little bit tougher in the texture as compared to other famous ones. The main reason for so is because they used sliced pork instead of minced pork. They have it spelled out on the packaging saying, 'Our products are not made of minced pork'.

I usually keep them in the fridge if i do not finish it within 3 days and it tend to last as long as 2 week or longer is refrigerated.
