Blackballs seems to have gone budget. Gone are the procelein bowls, in replace with paper bowls. The presentation seems to look like a bowl of soup.I had ordered their Icy Signature Glass jelly Dessert. The price was $5.40 and the serving was big enough for 2 person to share.The Icy Signature Glass jelly Dessert had a nice sweet aroma of winter melon sugar. The Icy Signature Glass jelly Dessert had a nice sweet aroma of winter melon sugar. The crushed ice inside also tasted of winter melon sugar. The glass jelly tasted herbal and chewy, not the usual agar agar texture.
The yam, radish and sesame balls were disappointing. I could see the colour differences but not the the taste. They all tasted the same, bland and floury.
The whole bowl of Icy Signature Glass jelly Dessert was quite stomach filling that I could skip a meal after having it.
