Is my second time herei had sotong capellini,The ink sauce provided quite a rich, deep flavour Sotong was slightly chewy grilled oyster mushroom with saladIt looked almost like a slice of bruschetta , foie gras cubes were wonderful & went together with the earthy almost meaty taste & texture of the oyster mushroom really wellsoymilk caramel with black sesame ice cream -The caramel was actually pretty good, not too sweet & had a perfect texture, but the black sesame ice cream was quite ordinary

soymilk caramel with black sesame ice cream -The caramel was actually pretty good, not too sweet & had a perfect texture, but the black sesame ice cream was quite ordinary yet quite strongly flavoured
