VEGE LOVE NOM NOM NOM! This is the Sansei Soba ($12.80), translated to Buckwheat Noodles with Mountain Vegetables. I'm not too sure what the mountain vegetables' names are but I could identify the spinach and spring onions! There was another vegetable, it was a little.. sour? I didn't return know what's that. But if you drink the soup and eat the vege together, it tastes pretty good! I also love the pretty Japanese fishcake, might be some "beautiful is good" effect but i LOve the fishcake! The b

The buckwheat noodle is really soft and can be bitten off very easily. If you love vegetables, I think you'll definitely like this dish!
