There is a wide selection of cakes in one fridge, and pasta sauce and salad on the other. I picked tiramisu ($11) and a slice of nutella cake ($4?) to share with my friends. The tiramisu is not bad, with just a light taste of the rum, though there isnt any coffee flavor. Nutella cake is just as expected, rich in chocolate. Shall go and try the cheese cake next time. Had the Chicken and brie sandwich on wholemeal bread. I'm not really a fan of brie, so i had requested for change of cheese to mozzarella instead. And i would have to say they are generous with the amount of cheese. They microwave the chicken, separately from the bread which is toasted, which is quite meticulous of them so that the chicken meat would be warm but not dry when eaten.
The only part i hate about this place is the use of plastic plates and utensils. And all the cakes are already packed into small plastic containers. So even if i;m having there, they would have to take out from the plastic container and put it onto a small plastic plate.
I would say that avoid the lunch time, cause being just next to one raffles quey, the waiting time would go up to 25 minutes just to grab a sandwich on the go. It is quite hard to find this place, being hidden in one corner, unless its lunch time and there's a lot of customers waiting outside the shop for their orders.
