Meeting my hubby for dinner after work at Ion, we went to Itacho (super long queue). Ordered the eel sushi, long slimy eel is perfectly grilled and glazed with teriyaki sauce topped on a small looking chunk of fluffy pearl rice.Creamy avocado slices wrapped in rice and Half cooked fresh salmon is my favorite.
