Hifumi was one of my favorite restaurant as it offer semi buffet style which you order one main course set and compliments with free flow appetizer on the bar, you may add on SGD1.99 for free-flow drink also. I love their chawanmushi and pumpkin salad. Their pumpkin walnut salad was a legend! Their main course are mediocre. However, recent visit disappointed me. Remarks: Avoid the branch at plaza sing which restricted dining time to 90 minutes and also bad service.
