I passed by Jing Long Seafood Restaurant to buy takeaway. They have quite an extensive selection of dishes, but I got the simple seafood omelette, which was a bad choice because it got soggy when I got home, and was very average, something you can make yourself. I also got the more unique Scallop & Banana w/Bak Gua Roll, as I saw it as a signature dish on openrice. Was crispy when I ate it, and the combination of bananas, scallop and bak kwa was alright, the only thing was that it was a little t
