It was a pleasant experience dining at 1 Rochester. Service was very good with the staff being knowledgeable of the cuisine offered.I especially enjoyed the "Deconstructed" Strawberry Shortcake. Layered techniques proves impeccable in this creation with soft sponge topped with ice cream, bits of filo pastry and then adorned with a giant wholesome sliced strawberry fan makes this dessert mouthwatering.The Grilled Cheese soufle was also excellent. The Grilled Cheese soufle was also excellent. Light, smooth and creamy, it was one dish that I could go back for seconds and thirds.
Very nice experience, with a beautiful ambience and setting in the garden.
