Tony Roma's certainly needs no introduction, feted as they are globally for their ribs and steaks. The outlet at Orchard Central indeed appeared befitting of a chain of such stature. The Original Baby Back Ribs (regular, SGD 33.90++) also lived up to their lofty reputation, being juicy and fork tender. Each bite was indeed heavenly, with smoky and savoury fragrances wafting up the nostrils.
