Ke Kou Wei (已結業)

This is fried sweet potatoes from ke kou wei. The sweet potatoes they used are orange type. This type of sweet potato is quite sweet. It comes with sour plum powder. I like the taste of sweet and sour combination which will trigger you to eat more and more. But I felt that quite heaty to have fried sweet potatoes as supper and snacks.
