Ju Shin Jung has very authentic korean barbecue. The quality of the beef is fantastic. It was tender and very well marinated. The grille was also very good, as it allows the oil from the meat to drain instead of collecting on the grille. I also particularly liked their seafood steamboat soup, as they were generous with the seafood, and I could taste that the soup was boiled from scratch instead of made from instant powder like most others.
