I never thought I have the chance to try this cute looking bak kwas but my hubby was game enough to buy it on the spot when I casually commented that I wanted it. Taste wise, there is really a difference in the texture of the bak kwa.This one is so much more tender and more moist than the normal bak kwa which is usually very dry. I find this more delicious than the normal bak kwa due to its better texture. I guess part of the reason is also that it is individually packed which makes every piece more fresh. It is convenient for guests to eat as well. Would definitely recommend this!
