The kway chap here is very interesting as lots of generous side dishes are placed on a plate to go along with the thick broad rice noodles soup. The rice noodles are very smooth and easy the chew. The soup base is is filled with very fragrant dark soya sauce flavour and also different types of chinese spices and pork meat sweetness in it. Especially like to eat their small pig intestines and sliced pork belly which are both equallly tender and chewy.
