Parco Marina Bay is closing down, and it would the last time I would be having meal at this outlet. I always prefer this outlet to the other outlet at change airport. The decoration in this outlet gives a more Japanese feel. Maybe it is more enclosed, comparing to the other outlet which is quite open. Having the standard Combination Combo Meal which costs $30++ and comes with a main dish, a side dish, a sub-side dish, salad, rice, miso soup, pickles and shredded cabbage. From the selection of Breaded Pork Loin Cutlet (M), Breaded Pork Tenderloin Cutlet, Breaded Shrimp (2pcs), I select Breaded Pork Tenderloin Cutlet for main, which tastes quite tender and juicy. Next from the selection of Minced Pork Katsu, Asparagus Cheese Roll, and Mini Tederloin, I select Minced Pork Katsu for side. It tastes soft and juicy. Next from the selection of Chicken Katsu, Ume Chicken Roll, and Crab Cream Croquette, I select Ume Chicken Roll for sub-side dish. The ume (pickled plum) give the plain chicken quite a unique taste and an extra crunchy to it. For salad, I am served Chuka Hotat, and Mini Poato Salad. There is free refill for rice, miso soup and cabbage.Overall it is one of my favourite places for deep fried meat. I will miss it.
