Late night out in holland village and was hoping for a bowl of comfort, decided on the familiar crystal jade kitchen.They have both noodle and porridge and i decided on Teng Zai Chok.This boatman's congee originating from Guangzhou has a little bit of everything! Minced pork, fish, cuttlefish, lettuce and peanuts all cooked in a smooth delicious porridge. Did i forget my crispys? nope. these egg crisp bits for added bite. oh yum!
