There are a few other fried chicken cutlet shops around Singapore, such as Hot-Star. The chicken cutlets costs around $4.50, which is the same price as Shilin's XXL Chicken at certain outlets. One of the most noticeable difference is that the chicken is not cut up like at Shilin's. The other thing is that there is some bone in the chicken meat as well.At least there are 7 different flavours for you to choose from! I had the Lemon BBQ flavour which is actually the original Hot-Star fried chicken

I had the Lemon BBQ flavour which is actually the original Hot-Star fried chicken with sauce and sesame seeds. The BBQ smell is quite strong. The chicken is crispy and crunchy.
