I've always known there was a popular ramen joint in Cuppage Plaza, but somehow never got around to finding out which one it was. All that changed last night. Yes, they open until 2am, late enough to feed your ramen craving after a night in town. It always feels like the lottery to me when I break open ramen eggs with my fork to see if liquid egg yolk oozes out of the boiled egg white. I won the lottery with this one. It always feels like the lottery to me when I break open ramen eggs with my fork to see if liquid egg yolk oozes out of the boiled egg white. I won the lottery with this one. Certain ramen joints have fully hard boiled eggs in ramen for some unknown reason. The soup base was not flavourful enough for me and I ended up having to add a lot of spices. It wasn't too salty though, so that's a plus point. There were also about 4 thick slices of cha shu in the bowl which makes it more value for money.
