The interesting part of the dining experience is watching the servers clad in white lab coats, pouring in a flask of ingredient (the flask is what you would have probably seen in a chemistry class) into the mixer and adding in liquid nitrogen (which comes out with thick white smoke), resulting in several seconds of fog while the ice cream hardens. I had the chill mint chocolate flavour which is rather light in taste. The price of a scoop of regular size ice cream ranges from $5.90-$6.90. It costs $5.90 for chill mint chocolate or $6.90 for the signature flavours like Durian or New Popcorn. There is nothing to rave about the taste though I will consider going back a second time to watch the fun ice cream making process all over again.
