Had liu sha bao from here as a takeaway. The liu sha bao when freshly steamed has molten golden liquid custard flowing out when you pierce into it. However the custard is not very flavorful it is rather bland without a distinct salted egg flavour. The bun is very fluffy and soft, but it is a little thick as compared to the amount of custard inside.
