Kungfu Paradise (已結業)

this place serves liu sha bao surprisingly. This seems to be the only dim sum item on the menu. Decided to give it a try and was satisfied with it. The bao was served piping hot, and the bun was fluffy and moist. The custard was flowy and had a strong salted egg fragrance making it very rich and tasty. The only improvement would be to have a higher custard to bao ratio!
