This bowl of lor mee includes ingredients like the meat dumplings, fishcake and the deep fried fish. Ingredients used are fresh and sufficently cooked. As for the gravy, it has sufficient thickness, well seasoned and goes well with the ingredients and the noodles. The noodles is well cooked and has a soft texture.
